iPhone · cycle-phase planner

Your calendar doesn’t know about the luteal phase. Plan by Phase does.

Plan by Phase schedules workouts, deep work, social plans and skincare around the four phases of your cycle, and reminds you two days before your planned luteal phase.

$12.99 a month, cancel anytime. Cycle dates never leave your iPhone.

What it plans

Pick what to sync. The week fills in around your phases.

01

Workouts

Push in your building phase; repeatable, moderate work in your wind-down phase. Never a personal-best attempt on a day your body is asking for less.

DoShift to endurance over PRs (luteal)
02

Work & focus

Launch and pitch in the outward stretch. Close loops and do the quiet deep work when the week turns inward.

DoPut collaboration and pitches here (ovulatory)
03

Social battery

Host when you have the tank for it. Protect evenings when you don’t. One good plan beats four thin ones.

DoKeep plans small-circle and optional (menstrual)
04

Skincare

Barrier repair when skin is reactive, actives when it’s calm. A routine that changes with the month instead of fighting it.

DoLight layers and daily SPF (ovulatory)

How it works

Two answers. One map. A week planned by phase.

Calibrate

Last period start and average cycle length. That’s it. Both stay encrypted on your iPhone.

See where you are

The app places you on the ring today and shows which phase your week falls in. Then it forecasts the next seven days.

Plan around it

One do and one skip per day for the categories you chose. Push the week to your calendar with a tap. Get a reminder two days before your planned luteal phase.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is this medical advice?

No. Plan by Phase is a lifestyle planner. Phase labels and do / skip lines are planning suggestions built on group research about how energy, mood and sleep tend to shift across the cycle. It does not diagnose, treat or predict anything about your health. Talk to a licensed clinician about periods, fertility or symptoms.

Where does my cycle data go?

It stays on your iPhone, encrypted, with the key in the iOS Keychain. Your dates and name are never sent to us, to analytics, or to advertisers. Delete everything from Settings → Delete all my data.

Read the privacy policy for the full list of what the app does send (purchase receipts to Apple, anonymous funnel events).

I’m on hormonal birth control. Does this apply?

Maybe not. Many hormonal contraceptives suppress the natural phase pattern. The app tells you this during setup and you can still use it as a loose weekly rhythm, but treat the phase labels as a guide, not a fact about your body.

How is this different from a period tracker?

Trackers log symptoms and predict your next period. Plan by Phase takes two inputs and gives you a plan: which days to push, which to protect, what to do and skip in each category you picked, a calendar export and a phase-change reminder. It never asks you to log a symptom.

How do I cancel?

Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Plan by Phase → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Apple handles all billing; we cannot see or change your payment details.
